Traveling the hypersphere, beyond what I, as a 4D mortal, can visualize—but real, nonetheless. I make my way on hallowed ground, vast distances in the nick of time, connected, as I am, by His design, a dimension that joins disparate regions.
Controlled amounts of caffeine, coursing through my veins—don’t I tune to the world I would eschew, seeking answers that only He can provide? I listen, then, to my compatriots, and I respond, in kind.
Together, we write our masterpieces, and, if not a masterpiece, then that which others, like us, would read.
Having given birth to something that goes hand in hand with homosexual desire, and, at the same time, made me a little miserable, I relax, within my new boundaries, the measure of what makes me happy.
If the journey ends badly, the journey,
barring chance and accident, was bad,
a product of what makes you worry
about yourself and others, being had,
as opposed to life in a positive light.
Take my attitude and make others glad,
since they depend, don’t they, on what’s right,
a course correction when the world is sad,
and appearing on our doorstep? A mix,
then, of hot peppermint tea and milk, to
bring me in, from the cold. Go where I go,
and take your time, making friends of strangers,
building upon the universe you know,
which is bigger than I thought. This obscures
my point, however, for the spaces between
us are smaller than they have been before,
determined, back then, by things obscene—
actions taken at the expense of our core,
our overall health. Take my hand and relax,
going, as we do, to what bridges the gap
you might foresee, if and when he attacks,
author of an interminable slap,
as the devil beats his wife. Love is the way,
from here to there, in no time at all,
no need to stay awake, awash with dismay,
trying to answer what’s on the ball,
when morning is just around the corner,
more often than not, the only solution.
Do everything as it was and were,
when the future brought you to fruition.
